As a clinical psychologist, I believe that all individuals have the potential for healing and growth. I work to create a warm, empathic, and authentic therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them realize this potential.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of clinical concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have a particular focus in working with such family issues as parenting, separation, and divorce.
My approach to psychotherapy is Integrative psychotherapy, which is an advanced therapeutic approach that seeks to meet the complex needs of individuals and families. It draws from and combines elements of multiple empirically supported therapies, providing clients with a comprehensive approach to their emotional health and well being.
